DONT'S

-Wearing clothing that is around the abdominal area
-Smoking
-Heavy exercises
-Exercise with two hours of eating
-Stress

-Bananas & melons
-Broccoli
-Potatoes and sweet potatoes
-High fiber and low fat diet

-Egg whites

FOOD TO AVOID

-Alcohol
-Hot sauses and barbecue sauses
-Citrus fruits and carbohydrate drinks
-Fatty meals
-Fried and spicy foods
-Chocolates
